Candidate generation - During a candidate driven market we have re-appraised our client strategy to ensure that we take control of candidate generation and do not just “respond” to active candidates. We have very clearly established PSL’s with key clients, allowing us to retain a pool of non-PSL organisations, which we can utilise as an active sourcing ground. As such we are constantly in possession of a pool of high-calibre active candidates.

Assessment centres – we have a fully developed expertise to create and manage tailor made assessment centres (often an integral part of a multi vacancy campaign). This involves benchmarking prospective candidates on behalf of our clients. 

Salary / benefit surveys – Annual salary reviews of all positions within the optical sector we service. These provide salary and benefit details by sector, geography and role. We can also provide tailored information in response to specific client requests.
